My areas of expertise are engineering, nuclear power, and recently consulting engineering. That's what I do for a day job but I have been in real estate my entire life and recently sold 3 large mobile home parks in the southwest US. I am moving toward high end homes and commercial real estate but am looking to diversify a little and just checking to see what's out there. I have been involved as an angel investor on a tech startup that failed miserably but it didn't sour me on the process. Also I have two undergraduate degrees, one in economics and one in engineering.
